View the listing of workshops being held during the conference and handouts.
NJPSA/FEA/NJASCD held an exceptional event this year; so different that we held it in Long Branch New Jersey. The theme was Rethinking Leadership: Coherence Matters, and it is tremendously relevant in light of all the changes our profession is facing now and in the coming years. School administrators came, relaxed, and learned how to rethink leadership and bring coherence to the changes affecting education in their school, district, classroom, and their life!

Legislative Breakfast featuring U.S. Senator Robert Menendez Friday, October 19, at 9AM
As we celebrated National Principal’s Month, Senator Menendez kicked off the second day of the 2012 Fall Conference speaking about the leadership needed to implement changes in education in New Jersey and throughout the nation. He also provided insight into the current climate in Washington and its effect on our community.
With the new tenure and evaluation laws, the recommendations of the Education Transformation Task Force, and the exponential growth in technology, the delivery of education in New Jersey is rapidly changing and leadership is needed now more than ever. How do you continue to achieve excellence as you move your focus from compliance to practice?
This is the one conference no principal or supervisor should miss.
