NJPSA/FEA/NJASCD held an exceptional event this year; so different that we held it in Long Branch New Jersey. The theme was Rethinking Leadership: Coherence Matters, and it is tremendously relevant in light of all the changes our profession is facing now and in the coming years. School administrators came, relaxed, and learned how to rethink leadership and bring coherence to the changes affecting education in their school, district, classroom, and their life!
